Strength Through Bodyweight Mastery

Bodyweight mastery requires a balance of mental focus, stamina, controlled strength & mobility. We use overhead bars, gymnastic rings & parallettes.

Beginners are welcome but must have a decent level and history of physical fitness.

Cali Pull | Mondays 5:10pm
Master “pull” movements to build a strong upper body and eventually defy gravity through the blissful feeling of hanging in the air with pure strength.

Cali Handstands  | Tuesdays 5:10pm
Master your handstand by breaking it down through drills and detailed exploration of alignment, shoulder mobility, glute activation and core strength.

Cali Push | Wednesdays 5:10pm
Master “push” movements to build a strong upper body and eventually defy gravity using the floor as the anchor point for power.
